…Aaaah, cool and refreshing
Note from 2019: The post that I originally did here was vague and premature. It had to deal with a pro writing project that fell through.
To replace it, here’s my Lunch Smoothie recipe
1 cup acai/blueberry juice
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup milk
1 banana, large
1/4 cup protein powder (your choice of type)
Put everything in a blender. Mix on low for 30 seconds, then high for 30 more seconds.
Drink it.
