A Few Interesting Places: The Purple Church
That the Purple Church, former headquarters of the mastermind known as Zaras, is still standing is a testament to how well it was built. First built in 1891, the builders used massive blocks of granite for the walls. The wood was all heavy oak planks and beams, and more stone was used for interior walls. It looks more like a fortress than a church.
After agents from the Tempest Foundation defeated Zaras and his brainwashed army, the church was cleaned of it’s purple color and interiors were rebuilt. It now serves as a haven for women and children.
