This Day In Alt History: July 10th
1930, 11:25 pm, The Dark Judge makes his first appearance in Chicago. In less than 3 minutes he kills 5 gangsters and the three crooked cops they were meeting with, thus insuring a huge bounty on his head. By the end of the year, 384 criminals, 34 cops, and 14 politicians were dead. The Dark Judge’s bounty has never been collected.
