The Alphabet, NPC Edition: Burlo Catfoot
Burlo is a well known Halfling scout. He lives in the town of Nilby-On Lake with his wife and 4 children. If a group or individual can meet his asking price, they’ll find no better wilderness scout for 100 miles around. It’s said that Burlo can walk as silently as an Elf, has the visual acuity of a Ranger, and is almost as tough as a Dwarf. He’s also a dead shot with a sling.
Unless he has no choice, Burlo will avoid combat. He also will not go into places where the undead dwell. On the other hand, he has snuck into the lairs of more than one dragon.
Burlo Catfoot: 50 years old, 3’1” tall, 60 pounds, curly red hair, green eyes. Rather deeper voice than most Halflings. No visible scars. Dresses in browns and greys when working. Does not smoke pipeweed.
