The Alphabet: NPC Edition: Franco Cozzini
On the Italian island of Sicily, Franco is a barber in the town of Licata. He is a 5th generation barber, as are his 4 brothers and 9 of his 14 male cousins, all of whom are spread out around the island. As a result of this, the Cozzinis hear a lot of things from their customers. Things that certain people might pay good money to know.
People who approach Franco for information had better well know exactly how to ask for it, or they’ll be ignored, regardless of money offered. Those who ask properly should have the money (minimum of $5,000) ready. If, by some chance, there truly is no info to give, Franco will return 95% of the money.
Information is never written down, but since 1999, there is an obscure website where information can be posted, in coded form and only for about 12 hours. If desired, a shave and/or haircut comes with the info. Franco and his fellow barbers do not serve women customers.
Franco Cozzini: 35 year old Sicilian man. Brown wavy hair, brown eyes, 5′ 9” tall, 180 pounds. Married with 3 children. Friendly voice. Usually dresses in his barber outfit at work. Fan of USA pre-1970s country music, especially Merle Haggard.
