Ok, I’ve seen this meme in several folks journals and I’ve decided to give it a go.
10 years ago: I was 41, single, semi-civilized, undomesticated, promiscuous and poor as a fuckin’ church mouse. BUT…I was also on the verge of meeting my Sweet Angel, Grace, who would turn my world around and make me fall all sappy in love with her.
5 years ago: I was 46, living in a house that will someday actually belong to Grace and I (as opposed to the mortgage company), just starting my Great Gardening Adventure and still all sappy in love with my Sweet Angel.
1 year ago: Grace and I were taking the famed Jekyll & Hyde vacation and blissfully unaware that on Labor Day Weekend strong winds and a weak tree limb were about to financially fuck us without a kiss.
Yesterday: I was writing game stuff, eating healthier than I have in decades and STILL crazy in love with Grace.
Tomorrow: I’ll work, I’ll love Grace, I’ll garden and I’ll think deep thoughts.
