Warning Labels: A Flying Carpet
A few words of warning, most excellent customer.
The power of flight is granted by the spirit of a djinn, who has lost their physical form and serves this humble purpose for a minimum of 300 years. Respect, therefore, must be given, else the carpet may refuse to function when you need it most.
To keep the carpet happy, I recommend pouring a bottle of choice wine upon it every fortnight. In addition, you should regularly dine while seated on it, as it very much enjoys the smell of food.
Be advised that the carpet will be very reluctant to avoid confrontations with efreeti or dao. Likewise, it will want to come to the aid of djinni who need it. You need not remain on the carpet as it fights or aids.
