They were in one of the small rooms that looked out over the Great Canyon and Lahn had just told her about how the zeppelin came and went from a large cave not too far from here. He was describing how the doors to the hangar opened using pullies and gears and such, when she blurted out, “I love you, Lahn, and I don’t want to leave you!”
Lahn stopped his lecture and blinked a few times before replying, “Well, I love you too, Seyan, but who said you’d be leaving me?”
