The Alphabet: V Is For…Vurlix
Vurlix is a small town of 2,000 people. It is located on the Eastern side of the River Kingdom, about 75 miles upriver from Mirdok City.
The main economy of Vurlix is based on serving riverboats on the Mirdok River. It’s also the point for loading grain from the fields to the east and northeast. Vurlix is also a stop for the Clockwork Railroad.
The only real claim to fame Vurlix can make is that 80 years ago, the Dragon
Mondutaxulis spared the town from destruction in exchange for 120 of Mrs. Hurtan’s spiced cakes.
