Grave Tales has always been a great horror RPG with enough humor to leaven things out. This short, 16 page/4-6 hours, adventure goes somewhat more into humor than most do, but it still has some genuine scares and a good bit of danger.
The premise as your investigators travelling to Raccoon Holler, Arkansas, to try and stop a bunch of hillbilly ghosts from disrupting the lives of the living. Seems these 30 or so ghosts died in the middle of a big party back around 1910 and they’re back to keep on partying.
It’s a fun adventure, with a couple of neat twists near the middle and at least three ways it can all end. I deducted a point for the average interior art and a couple of glaring typos. Still, if you play Grave Tales, this is a must have.
