In the Tooniverse, Red Frog is a fast talking con man that is forever getting the main characters into situations that go wrong. He knows they are greedy and/or stupid, and he uses that against them. His most common stooges are Goofy Goose and Bogie Bear, but he has hornswoggled Rascal Rabbit, Ditzy Dog, and Percy Pig, too.
Red doesn’t always get away with his cons. About every 5th cartoon finds him deep in shit along with the fool working for him. They usually end up in jail or hastily leaving town.
