Things You Should Not Do: Go Into The Statue Room
“We are about to enter the Dungeon of 1,000 Deaths. There are some things you youngsters should know. First off, if water is coming out of a steel pipe anywhere, it’s safe to drink. Any other sort of pipe and it’s cursed, poisoned, or both. Rexan and I both found that out when we were here 10 years ago.
Second, do NOT go into the Statue Room, no matter what. Yes, you’ll see treasure aplenty through the open door, but you’ll also see about a dozen large statues of different sorts that will come alive the moment you cross the threshold. They will then try to kill you and they won’t stop until you’re dead or out of the dungeon. So, once again, DO NOT GO INTO THE STATUE ROOM.”
