Thanks to a superscientific potion, senior citizen & grandmother Rosie Cross Kirkland is able to transform into a 35 year old mob boss named Cosmo Nipolino, AKA Cosmo Nips.

But wait! Rosie doesn’t want to be a crimelord, she wants to fight crime. So she uses her Cosmo identity to learn all she can about other mobsters, then gives the information to the proper authorities. Of course, this leaves a power vacuum that very often gets filled by Cosmo Nips and his mob.
