General Information: Once upon a time, Alkiv Pooloxin was a Queen in some country that no longer exists. She was a very evil Queen, heartless and cruel.
One day, after the execution of several people she just didn’t like, the mother of two of them cursed her. “For a thousand years after you die, you shall live on as a withered hag. You shall crave rotted meat, garbage, and other things good folk do not eat. You shall stink of it. You shall wander from place toplace aimlessly. Your speech shall be as one who has had a brain injury. And every night, you will dream of the cruelties that brought this curse upon you!”
The evil Queen died of poisoning two years later, but arose the next day in her new and wretched form. She was shunned by everyone and chased out of the city. She wandered into the city dump and gorged on garbage before wandering away.
Today, 659 years later, Pooloxin still wanders. From time to time, some good soul will give her better clothes to wear, or a bucket of garbage to eat. Then she wanders off again, sometimes muttering “I’m sorry” or the number of years she has left.
