The Pranzar System: P3/Mioth
At 85 million miles from the sun, Mioth is the first of two planets in the “Goldilocks Zone.” It is 2% larger than Earth, and is 68% covered in water, mostly warm shallow seas. The average temperature ranges from lows in the 40s to highs in the mid 90s. It is a warm, damp world. Much of the land surface is covered by tropical vegetation and life is everywhere.
There are two sapient races native to Mioth. The dominant one are the Miothda, a quasi-mammalian species who are at Tech Level 5. The other species is the Yivoon, an amphibious species at Tech Level 3. They coexist quite peacefully. GalFed contact here is limited to Class Two Trading and Class One Observation. Tours are limited to DroneLink only.
A fun fact is that Mioth is the primary source for the herb fessuvez, which is very expensive, and mostly used in Fessbread Bakery products.
