Important Notices: About Smart Dogs
Citizens! The World Council urges you to calm down. The recently arrived sapient dogs, the so called “Smart Dogs”, are not a danger to humans, ordinary dogs, or any other creatures. They are merely very intelligent dogs who are able to speak to us telepathically. They want to be our friends.
While we have, as yet, no idea how they got so smart so fast, or how their telepathy works, we are sure that we’ll find out soon. In the meantime, these 100,000 dogs offer us an exciting new way to learn about our world through their eyes. Please make friends with them should you meet any.
