Yes, for those very few of you who might be wondering, I am recycling subject lines from my old Blogger blogs.
Not a huge amount to comment on just now. After work I’ll be finding out exactly how much weight I’ve lost in the past month. Still doing well on the dieting and I’m averaging 2 miles of fast walking per day. I don’t feel much thinner, but people keep asking if I’ve lost weight, so I must be doing something right.
I’ve read many many GenCon reports in the past week and altho it seems that the Con was a good one and everybody had tons of fun, most of the new products don’t look like anything I’d buy or even look at for more than a minute. I’m mostly talking RPGs here, altho few of the boardgames I’ve heard about really flip my switch. CCGs/TCGs and clicky games don’t even get a yawn out of me anymore. Still, I’ll give some of the new RPGs a look at my FLGS and at GenCon SoCal. It would be kinda nice to have my instincts proven wrong for a change.
