…using a zeppelin!
So far, this week has been a bit blah and ordinary (and I’m talking normal human ordinary, not Doc ordinary), so I haven’t really had anything to blog about. However, recent viewing of the telly has me wanting to rant a bit. By the way, just for the record, I think Jack had it right. It’s just a mindfuck experiment.
Lost: Last night’s episode explained a bit, but it also showed that both Locke and Jack are a couple of spineless pussies. Fucking Christ! Locke should have pushed the button, not Jack!
Surface: Committed a serious crime, as far as I’m concerned. The crime? Bad Science! Look, if you are going to ground your show in the “real world”, stick with real world science. Up until the most recent episode, Surface was doing this pretty well. Then they up and pissed all over science and started assfucking the laws of physics AND biology. I’ll give them another episode or two, but this might be a deal breaker for me.
Ok…that’s it for the rants.
In other news, my plans for two turns a month in the Kingdom Building Game might be a bit of wishful thinking. Still, I’m giving it the old college try. So far I’ve got about half the turn replies sent out.
Speaking of the Kingdom Building Game, I’m thinking of doing a seminar at ConQuest Sac on how to use a KBG to cooperatively create a world you can use in traditional RPGing. I’d do it at DunDraCon, but I want to let both the game and the seminar idea cook a bit longer.
