I’ve been thinking of what sort of fantasy game I could run after The Adventures Of Zora ends. So far, I’m liking the idea of a low magic world wherein the Player Characters are a small band of cartographers sent out by their king to map the wilderness and, of course, seek out new civilizations. I think the players would like it and it would let me create the world in little chunks.
Speaking of gaming, my 2007 game con schedule is looking like DunDraCon, Conquest Sacramento & GenCon Indy…in that order. Hmmm…must start thinking up my DunDraCon TOON game.
Actually, I just submitted my DunDraCon TOON game proposal. The title is Castle Craziness and I’ll write more about it later.
If I were a betting man (and I most assuredly am not…unless I know the game is rigged in my favor), I’d say my chances of going to GenCon SoCal this November are about 4 to 1 against. Still, a winning lotto ticket could change all that.
I’m not promising anything, but I’m gonna try like hell to get a zine in to A&E after Grace and I get back from Hawaii.
And now, I’m off to read more of Book 2 of the Dresden Files, then sleep.
