Nope, it can’t explode. See that little thing right there? That’s your field dampener. That little box next to it? That’s the actual trigger, but without the field dampener on, it’s not able to trigger anything.
Now, on top of that, it looks like they got screwed by whoever sold them this fake J-21explosive. They bought 20 pounds of crystal infused clay. My wife uses that stuff in her pottery making. Goes for about 4 bucks per pound. I’ll bet these idiots, who left fingerprints all over this setup, paid a grand for this.
Anyway, it can’t explode, so go ahead and haul it off to the evidence compound.
