Weekend Stuff
1: Saturday morning was a dog park morning for the girls. The local bulldog owners were meeting there and there must have been 30 bulldogs. Daisy and Winker had fun frolicking with them.
2: Yesterday afternoon was cool, temperaturewise, after a few days of nice, hot (100 degree plus) weather. I don’t think it even hit 90 yesterday.
3: Taking advantage of the cool temps, I weeded in the garden. I pulled weeds, chopped weeds, dug up weeds, cursed weeds and sprayed weeds with vinegar. Stupid weeds.
4: Just got back an hour ago from seeing the new Fantastic Four flick. Quick review: MUCH better than the first one, with a good dose of humor. The Silver Surfer looked and behaved mucho coolo. Doctor Doom was ok. Overall, a good flick.
5: Saw the trailer for the live action Underdog movie. Looks like good kid fare, but not worth me seeing in the theatre. I will, however, watch it when Netflix gets it.
6: Today being Father’s Day and me being a stepfather, Grace is treating me to a Mexican dinner. I’ll get it as take home, since My Angel hates Mexican food.
