It’s All Fun & Games Until…: The Cats Go Crazy
It was the cats, officer. They went insane. Yes, at least 30 of them. Yes, old Mrs. Flagler has 9 that live in her house, bit she feeds at least two dozen feral cats, too. Like I told your partner, we were having a fun little neighborhood festival here, when some of the young boys started flying, oh, I don’t know, 6 or 7 mini-drones that had built in laser pointers. It was all fun watching them until they accidentally flew over Mrs. Flagler’s back porch, where God knows how many cays were waiting for dinner.
The cats saw the red dots of the laser pointers and came flooding out inti the street where the festival was. Within a minute or so, they were attacking people, knocking things over, chasing the drones and the boys…it was terrible. Then Mrs. Flagler opened her front door to see what the commotion was about, and her 9 cats joined in.
They knocked over Fred Watson’s grill and that started the fire and then that car hit the other car and it was just a riot scene! But yes, it was all fine until the cats went crazy.
