It’s All Fun & Games Until…: Your Dad Sees The Bill
So, this is my life now. Yard work in the front yard, back yard, both side yards, wash Dad & Mom’s cars, clean out and organize the garage, wash dinner dishes, babysit my youngest sibs, and whatever else Dad tells me to do. My nights? Here at home, no video games, no computer, no phone. I get to have one friend over on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00, then another on Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon.
Yeah, this is what happens when you have a party while your family is out of town and enough stuff gets messed up that the total bill comes to $3,000.00 and change.
If I’m lucky, I will have paid it all back via my labor by the time I’m 18 next year.
