Spanky Popowitz is a short, chubby young man of 17 years. He has blonde hair that he wears short. His eyes are blue and his skin is very fair. Spanky is a pretty happy teen, with lots of friends. He works 4 hours a day at the Best Grocery Store over on 9th Street.
Spanky drives a red 1966 Mustang and enjoys hanging out over at the Burger Shack with his friends. On Friday nights, they cruise Main Street and go to the drive in movie. Sometimes, Spanky will date Jenny Malcolm, who he’s pretty sweet on.
Spanky is a smart guy, especially when it comes to fixing electronic things. He has a little repair shop in his family garage.
