Milkshakes!: Bittersweet Chocolate & Vodka
Possibly my favorite milkshake.
Three bigass scoops of bittersweet chocolate ice cream
Two ounces of vodka. You can use the cheap shit, because it’s just vodka.
Two ounces heavy cream
One maraschino cherry
Mix the vodka and cream in a measuring cup, then drizzle it into your blender as you add the ice cream. You may need to add a bit more cream if it is too thick. Serve in a tall glass topped with the cherry.
