Job: Greenhouse Manager
Description: A short, grandmotherly looking woman with brown skin, green eyes, and a hard to pin down accent, Dixie is in charge of our greenhouses. She tends all of the various climatic zones with loving care, and the help of her never ending stream of “grandchildren”, most of whom look nothing like her.
At any given time, Dixie and the kids will be filling boxes with tasty, perfectly ripe fruits and veggies, then take them to wherever on the Bus they are most needed. While this is usually the kitchen, there is always a fruit basket in the living room, too.
Dixie never seems to take much time off, loving gardening as she does. When she does call it a day, she likes to watch TV with her husband, Floyd. Sometimes, they play boardgames.
Dixie’s only pet is an ambulatory, intelligent, rosebush named Edith.
