The Short Forest
This 95 mile stretch of The Road passes through one of the most interesting areas in the whole trip. The aptly named Short Forest has a wide variety of trees, but none are over 7 feet tall. The shortness also applies to shrubs, flowers and even some species of wildlife, such as the deer and bears. Even the few monsters one might encounter are much smaller.
Nobody lives here, but travelers may encounter campers or hikers. Most are very friendly. The Road itself is made up of clover growing from rich, dark soil.
