The Road is 170 miles of green sand here and the inhabitants are creepy Goth Dwarves. They are not friendly, although they are not aggressive. They live underground in large towns and one large city, all of which have spooky looking entry monuments on hills. Inns along The Road are run by automatons and provide only the most basic food or beds.
There are many beasts and monsters here, but they are mostly active during the day.
