“Not much new to report, Master. The Grand High Curator was seen with a young Trainee yesterday, but then they both were lost by our shadowers. The Grand High Curator has since been reacquired, but the Trainee is still missing.”
Porcero mulled this over for a moment. Could the Grand High Curator have found a spy of his own? Over the past few years, there had been rather clumsy attempts to get information from those on the outskirts of the organization. Some of them had been fed false information, but most came away with nothing. Perhaps his old friend had decided to give it one more try.
“Do we have a name for this Trainee?”
While still looking as though they were just doing the daily ritual of Museum business, the agent opened a small notebook.
“Her name is Seyan Sandrel. Sixteen years old and in her last year before career training. Very high test scores, good work habits, well liked and friendly.” The agent closed the book, then added, “She’s also an excellent athlete. Particularly good at armed and unarmed fighting, fastball and maze running.”
