Seven Places Along The Old Valley Road: Four Falls Village

Travelers choosing to go from Algowan to Zindri via the old Valley Road will want to stop at Four Falls village, the last habitation for the next 67 miles. It’s a nice village, as rural villages go. Certainly, the sight of the River Noss coming out of the Green Mountains in four waterfalls is very impressive. The population is roughly 300 people.

The village has only one inn, but it is large and clean, with a decent menu and a nice selection of wines and ales. Room prices are quite reasonable. The rather large general store across the street often services adventurers heading into the mountains, and so has a wide selection of goods.

If all you want is a drink, the Red Cat Tavern pours a fine ale or stout and is cleaner than such places often are. There is usually a bard playing music on the front porch. If you need a healer, Miss Hanny has an office two streets down from the tavern. She is quite skilled and not overly expensive.
