Well, boys & girls, Uncle Doc put in the spinach/lettuce bed yesterday and it’s a fine lookin’ little garden plot. I got it in just in time, since today the weather has gone all overcast and drizzly. The rain is a temporary thing, so sayeth the local weatherfolk on tv, with sunny skies returning tomorrow.
This week is “Straighten up the library/game repository room” week. With any luck, I’ll get everything squared away by Wednesday.
Next weekend is looking to be jam packed. Mutants & Masterminds game on Friday, tea buying/dog washing trip on Saturday, the penultimate Kingdom Building Sim game on Sunday. And then the weekend after that is Dundracon! A busy February for Your Humble Author.
Finally, as usual, Grace and I did NOT watch the fuckin’ superbowl. We did watch bits of Animal Planet’s “Puppy Bowl”, which was cute and all (despite the alarming lack of Basset Hound puppies). Mostly, Grace did homework and I gardened/made spaghetti sauce/played Runescape. Roscoe napped, ate, got belly rubs and napped some more.
