The Alphabet, Name Edition: Malina
Malina Greskora, AKA The Red Witch, was an evil witch on Fantasy Earth 834. Actually, she may still be, since her body was never found.
The middle child of three sisters, Malina was never as magically talented as her older sister, Javina, or as pretty as her younger sister, Sorina. She also had a distinctly cruel and malicious streak. By the time she was 10, her parents sent her off to apprentice with a female wizard some 300 miles from home.
Malina learned quickly, but chaffed under the stern tutelage of her mistress. Shortly after she turned 20, she managed to kill the older woman with a powerful curse. She then gathered up all of the most powerful spell books and items she could find, set the tower on fire and teleported away just ahead of an investigation team of other wizards.
The next few decades of Malina’s life are lacking in details, but much of her moving around can be tracked by the mayhem she left in her wake. Eventually, she fled to another part of the continent. It was there, in the northern plains, that she conquered and enslaved a humanoid canine race known as the Hond. She took on the name of “The Red Witch” and ruled them with an iron fist for the next 50 years.
With her army and her ever growing powers, Malina expanded the Hond empire. However, she could not leave the rather primitive and rural area for fear of the Grand Council of Wizards finding her. This did not help her disposition.
Then, one day, she was approached by an emissary of the great wizard Shandar Khan to join a group he called “The League of Wizards”. Their goal was simple: Conquer and enslave first the continent, then the world. Malina liked that plan, so she signed on and began putting her part of the plan into action.
Sadly for her, a group of mighty adventurers, accompanied by her hated older sister, freed the Hond from her influence and killed her with several combined magic spells. Her body was utterly disintegrated.
At least, as far as we know.

The Alphabet, Name Edition: N’Mana
N’Mana is a sapient gorilla on earth 4-C. She lives in Gorilla City, Africa, with her mate Akumbo and her three children.
A graduate of Gorilla City University, N’mana works as a planner and analyst at the Non-Human Terran Association’s New Sanctuary Department. This means she helps design and plan new sanctuaries around the world for NHT species. Her most recent project was the Western Shoreline Sanctuary in what would be Angola on our world. She has just started work on the Southern Siberia Project, which looks to be her biggest yet.
N’mana is also a well known Crazy Game player in the Central Africa League. She has played in the World Cup twice. Her favorite position is Rear Thrower.
In her rather limited spare time, N’mana enjoys gardening and reading cozy mysteries.
