Things: The Big Eye

This is where things get really strange in Round Valley. Once in a while, when conditions are right, people have seen a huge eyeball floating in one place or moving around through the air.

Now, by “huge”, we mean about the size of a basketball. The iris is either brown or green, depending upon who you ask. But don’t bother asking, because it’s one of those things that Round Valley citizens don’t talk about.

The Eye is most often sighted along the main east/west road that runs through the valley, or sometimes the road that comes in from the south, but it has been seen all over. It is most often seen on foggy, dusty or rainy days. Most of the time, the Eye is at least 100 feet up in the airs. When it moves along fast, it is going over 80 miles an hour.

Although a couple of folks think the Eye belongs to God, and a couple more think it belongs to Satan, most folks that have seen it or heard of it think it belongs to Mr. K.

Note that that does not mean they aren’t all correct.
