When In Doubt, Whip It Out: Wand Of Mini-Fireballs
Instead of launching one big fireball that does lots of damage to everyone in a 10 foot circle, this wand launches 3 small fireballs that can be sent to up to 3 different targets. They only do 3-8 points of damage, but, like Magic Missiles, they never miss. Even better, the wand itself is only 9 inches long and very easy to conceal.
