Quick Creatures For Your Game: Damsel/Gentleman In Distress

This mischievous, yet not dangerous, fae creature appears as whatever sex will most appeal to most of a group. They look tired, scared, hungry, and of an upper class. If befriended, they will tell a tale of woe that seldom fails to get the group interested in coming to their aid. Often, this includes a promise of reward from some wealthy relative.
Once the party is suckered in, the creature will lead them off to wherever the source of trouble is supposed to be, usually a day or two away in the boondocks. When the group is “just an hour or so away”, the creature will excuse themselves to pee, then vanish as the air is filled with their laughter.
On the plus side, they will leave each group member something of moderate value.
