Yanteer, The Land Of Master Traders
Upon leaving the Grazelands, the Road follows the river, never straying more than a mile from it. The Road itself is unchanged, but the country they have entered is Yanteer, and the town at the northern border will demand an “Entrance Tax” of two silvers each.
This part of the Road is 125 miles long and dotted with hamlets, villages and towns. Each one seems to have a speciality, like pottery or wagon building or baked goods. The entire country is geared toward trade goods, trading, and hardcore capitalism. It also has a wide diversity of sentient species and even more cultures.
The southernmost town will charge an “Exit Tax” to leave.
