Part 39

Telsk

Thanks to two large rivers, several streams, and favorable weather, Telsk is a well forested land. Many species of deciduous trees grow here, and the Telskites use and protect them. The people are friendly and always eager to sell wood products of all sorts.

One interesting thing about Telsk is that the government is a matriarchy, so women run things. Male travelers should be very careful about how they act and what they say. The Telskites are also a very healthy and youthful looking bunch, which they attribute to eating a varied diet and staying active.

The Road runs 90 miles through Telsk and is a very pleasant and often shaded ride the entire way. There are towns and villages every few miles.
