The Long & Winding Road
Part 73
Tallgrass Prairie
Your typical tallgrass prairie, complete with bison and large cats. A large tribe of Orcs travel through here in, heading south in the fall, then north in the spring. They are not aggressive if left alone. One cannot say the same for the large cats or any monsters.
There are six small inns along the road, roughly 25 miles apart. They are staffed by gnomes, of all people. Prices are very fair and the food is good, if spicy. The gnomes are also great fountains of gossip and information.
This part of The Road is 30 feet wide, 150 miles long, and made of short, blue green grass. It runs southwest to northeast.
