Yes, there will be some other areas that require an entrance fee. Level 3 will be a buck fifty, but you do get 3 hours of undisturbed sleep as part of it. Not a bad deal. Lower levels do charge more, but the amenities are better. I hear the free breakfast on level 6 is very good.
