All You Need Is Glove: The Influencer
So now we come to the final glove of our exhibit, The Influencer. Crafted by a coven of Uxtorilan witches, it was wielded to great effect by Princess, and later Queen, Sashonia Mivorna.
Commonly referred to as the “Queen of Peace”, she used the touch of this glove to influence the thinking of not only other rulers, but many of the commoners they ruled over. She managed that by riding along in her carriage with her arm extended so they might briefly touch her hand. After that, it was easy to give a speech that would have people yearning for peace as much as their king did.
The Peace Queen used this glove for 7 years before ascending to the throne, then for another 55 years after that. After a couple of generations of peace, people pretty much lost their desire for war and lived much happier lives.
It is believed that the glove lost all power when the Queen died, but nobody has put it on to test that theory.
