Dinner tonight at Chez Cross (Doc & Grace version): Homemade pesto sauce with mizithra cheese and italian sausage served on angel hair pasta.
Dinner tonight at Chez Cross (Roscoe version): Tomato and spinach rotini served with southwestern spiced fried chicken livers and chili gravy.
I stayed home from work today. Yesterday I had both a miserable headache AND an upset stomach all day. Today was a healing day. I rested, relaxed, did a bit of shopping. And then cooked the above dinners.
I’m feeling better tonight.
