DUCKS!: Lou Quackerson
On ToonEarth 5, the year is 1935 and Lou Quackerson is a private eye, living and working in Lost Angles, California. If you think of Lou as being in the hardboiled detective mode, you’d be wrong. He’s much more the sophisticated, witty, and very smart mode of guys like Nick Charles, the Falcon, and the Saint. His office is modern, clean, and big enough for him and his secretary, his assistant, and himself. He drives an expensive sports car and dresses like your average swell.
Lou mostly takes high profile cases, often involving murder, but also involving robbery, blackmail, and similar crimes. His rates aren’t cheap. But he’s the best in the biz. His relationship with the cops runs hot and cold, as does his relationship with organized crime.
In his spare time, Lou likes good looking dames, dry martinis, avoiding his two ex-wives, and going to baseball games.
