Things: Luke The Uke
Description: Luke is a tenor ukulele made of Hawaiian koa wood that is stained red, orange and yellow. His original maker is unknown, but Luke is at least 105 years old as of 2020.
Luke is also the imprisoned life force of a 16th century mage. He has forgotten most of the details about his previous life, other than the fact that his name sounded like Luke or Lucas or maybe Lucius. How he died is a mystery, other than knowing he pissed off the wrong person.
Although he knows that his life force has drifted around for centuries, he cannot recall how he came to be sealed in a ukulele.
Abilities: When played, Luke can channel and charge up a mage’s spells. He is particularly good with fire and air based spells. The better he is played, the more powerful his charging up is. In Sockie’s talented hands, he can unleash very powerful magic indeed.
Personality: Although generally a fairly likable guy, Luke does tend to be a bit snarky, and is often critical of modern culture. Luke has a fear of being broken, which would release him to drift around again. He tries to talk Sockie out of getting into dangerous situations, but has always failed.
