Meet The Trolls: Ovrix
Ovrix is a pretty standard male Red Troll. He stands 7′ tall and weighs 395 pounds. Like most adult trolls, he is covered in scars from wounds taken in battle. While not actually stupid, he is no genius. This is pretty much the norm for male Red Trolls. He is 180 years old and the lifemate of Skalla.
When not out battling threats to the clan, or trying to keep Skalla happy, Ovrix is usually hunting. He is among the best hunters the clan has, regularly going out alone and returning with fresh meat. His hunting weapons of choice are a spear and a throwing axe.
Lately, Ovrix has been thinking about what he might do when Skalla dies. She probably has less than ten years left. After she is gone, Ovrix will be without a mate for the first time in 150 years. Traditionally, he would be available as a new mate for any female that wants him, but he thinks that he might want to go over the mountains and live with one of the Great Water clans. He leans more toward that decision every day.
