Assorted Rooms…With A Difference: Suburban Kitchen
Here we have a typical suburban kitchen of whatever era you are in. Lots of shelf space, big sink, nice counter tops, and an easy to keep clean floor. All of the usual appliances are here, along with a nice assortment of small appliances and gadgets.
The lighting is nice and bright, showing off the paint job well. There is a big window to let in the sun and the side door leads right out to the side yard, and from there the back yard.
But what’s that silver door doing over there? It looks very out of place.
Well, if you open that door, you’ll see it leads to another kitchen in another house. Now, that house can be anywhere in the world and anywhen during the last 500 years. If you go through it, you’ll see the exact same door on the other side of that kitchen. Opening it shows you the same thing as opening the first door: A whole other kitchen in a new place & time.
What can this all mean, besides an interesting way to travel into the past and to eat different foods?
