This is just great, Freddy! We’re filthy from running through that marsh and you lost a shoe and I tore my new shirt and your mom is going to be PISSED Off! And then she’ll tell my mom because why not, they’re sisters, and then MY mom is going to be pissed off and I’ll get grounded for a month and Rich will razz me about it because big brothers are dicks.
Why did we run through the marsh anyway? That dog would have stopped at the fence! But no, you said head for the marsh, so we did. Real great plan there, cuz! We would have been better off with a couple of dog bites.
Sneak in the back way? It’s worth a try. Then we…oh crap, there’s your mom on the porch looking right at us and she is pissed off bigtime.
