Jursik
Jursik, the country High Jursik broke away from 100 years ago, is pretty much the United States under a government of leftie liberals. It is a prosperous, friendly, and welcoming country. The rights of everyone are of the highest priority. Medical care and housing, while not free, are very low cost. The arts are supported, as are the sciences and magic. Education is free and required from ages 4 to 14.
The government is also very supportive of trade, the environment, and helping out other countries when they need it. There is a strong but small military. It is found mostly along the High Jursik border.
There are few monsters here, but there are large beasts in the western hills and the various forests. Many of them are protected.
The Road is 60 feet wide, made of stone, and runs 130 miles northeast to southwest.
