The Ghostfolk
This is an entire country of ghosts. 25,000 of them, of several species, but mostly humans. They are nice, but sad, folks. That’s because they were killed by the Mad Witch 100 years ago, and cannot find rest until she is dead.
They know two ways to kill her…if you are corporeal and can get close to her. They say they will greatly reward anyone who does the deed.
Interestingly, the homes of the ghosts are all in perfect condition after 100 years. Travelers may stay in them if they like.
Note that every other creature in this land is alive, including beasts and monsters.
The Road runs 90 miles south to north here. It is made of a tough yellow-green moss.
