If this one isn’t tailor made for a Castle Falkenstein game (set mostly in North America), I don’t know what
is. So what if the FBI has to pop into existence 50 60 years early? Having Mulder and his associates investigating Victorian Era X Files while dealing with the great conspiracies of the World Crime League (and Dr. Miguelito Loveless in particular) and the Prussians and the Unseelie would be just Too Much Fun. Even better, since the United States covers only a small portion of North America, the agents would be undercover should their duties take them to other areas.
