The Alphabet: NPC Edition: Kicks Drigger
A founding member of the surf metal band, Boardblade, Riley ”Kicks” Drigger is well known in the Los Angeles area as an excellent drummer, often doing session work for other artists. He makes pretty good money and is the only member in his band that owns a house. He lives there with his girlfriend, Donna.
Because of his connections in both the L.A. music and surfing scenes, Kicks can hook up people with the people who can help them or give them information. Depending upon the person needing help, he may or may not charge for his services. Cops will have to pay. Ordinary citizens probably won’t.
In addition to having many contacts, Kicks is also a storehouse of information about strange facts and historical oddities in muchof the greater Los Angeles area. Once tyou get him started talking about those subjects, he can go on for hours.
Kicks Drigger: 6′ tall, 180 pounds, long blonde hair, green eyes, tanned skin with 26 tattoos so far. Dresses mostly in jeans or shorts and t-shirts. Deep Southern Californian voice. Owns 4 drum kits, plus 37 other drums, cymbals, and gongs. Has a pair of German Shepherds named Jan & Dean. Does not smoke, but is a lover of craft beers. Fluent in Spanish and Vietnamese.
